Lectures 6 through 10: 1/2 of monies paid

EARLY-START HOME STUDY:
As we have a limited number and concerns about the integrity of our copyright, other than the $500 refundable deposit that is payable upon the timely return of the leased materials after the exam, once shipped from our office, the home study program is non-refundable.

Upon timely return of the DVDs/iPod, we will refund the DVD/iPod deposit of $500.  Late fees are deducted from the DVD/iPod deposit at a rate of $100 per week starting two weeks after the bar exam. Once the DVD/iPod deposit is exhausted, because of the difficulty of producing proof of damages caused by the failure to return these discs, you agree to pay (a) liquidated damages in the amount of $3,395 and (b) attorneys fees incurred by Pieper to collect said amount and to recover possession of said discs. Please note also that failure to return rented property may subject the delinquent party to criminal prosecution (NYPL §165.00).
